Hi, Everybody!
Sorry for poor web-design, but it will be improved later. I feel much better in mountains than writing HTML codes...
So, as I’ve promised to some of you – I WILL make an expedition this year, because my last year experience turned out to be pretty positive. Though I had many difficulties. This year I will change some moments to improve the quality. So what was the result? Three people of thirteen went back due to different reasons the next day after they arrived to BC. At list two of them were gonna try this year =) Others made a program of acclimatization and most of them decided to try the summit. But finally only four clients reached the last camp. The first attempt was unsuccessful because of very strong wind. Next day two of them went down. The other two and the Guide had ñlimbed the summit and came back to the tent. Next day they came to BC and after lunch went back with other members and all the stuff to civilization. I hope they will all write some expressions soon. My point of view is quite complicated because I was the center between clients, guides, inviting company, local people and Mountain. So there were sleepless nights, many nerves, much rushing and so on. I was not really able sometimes to leave good emotions in my heart. But generally I consider that the expedition was good, the members supported me and each other and my general aim – to bring everybody back safe – had been achieved. It is untrue that I have no regrets, but I did my best and I think that the Members of my first expedition will confirm that. So I can just add that there have been 13 members from all over the world. I tried to put all the photos, made by my friends, in chronological order to let you live those days like we spend our time there. The impressions of the members will make the picture complete.

So the expedition next year will bedifferent from this. A bit another program and improved quality. First of all –accommodation in Osh and in BC. Acclimatization will be another. I will improve the kitchen and will buy a water-filter. And Genersal thing – I’ve tought myself to be much more philosophic. So Welcome to Peak Lenin 2007!
